- User: Any individual or entity who uses the services of Global-Beta Technologies Solutions Limited
- Client: Any entity that has entered into a service agreement with Global-Beta Technologies Solutions Limited for RTOC services.
- Data: Any information processed, monitored, or managed through our services.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Global-Beta Technologies Solutions Limited offers a range of RTOC services, including but not limited to:
- Real-time monitoring and management of IT infrastructure
- Network security monitoring
- Incident response and management
- Data analysis and reporting
- Remote support and troubleshooting
We commit to providing services in accordance with the SLA, which outlines performance metrics, uptime guarantees, and response times. The SLA is available upon request.
Clients and Users agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when registering for our services.
- Use the services for lawful purposes only.
- Not engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt the services or infringe on the rights of others.
- Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials and notify Global-Beta Technologies Solutions Limited immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.
We prioritize data privacy and security. Our privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. We implement industry-standard security measures to safeguard your data.
All content provided through our services, including but not limited to software, documentation, and operational data, is owned by Global-Beta Technologies Solutions Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Global-Beta Technologies Solutions Limited is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global-Beta Technologies Solutions Limited, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to their use of the services.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services, without prior notice or liability for reasons including but not limited to a breach of these terms. Clients may also terminate their service agreement in accordance with the terms specified in the SLA.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federation of Nigeria.
